The outdoor living of the villa is spread in 500 square meters of lovely gardens, complimented by a large private pool, pool furniture and garden furniture. The location is just a short stroll from the sandy beach in Maleme, where there are also several tavernas, supermarkets, taxi rank and local bus-stop, for those not wanting to hire a car. The small trains-on-wheels are available in Maleme, for short tours to the surrounding villages, the Waterpark and Platanias, the renowned center of this area, with beach cafes, nightlife, shopping and restaurants with Cretan as well as worldwide cuisine. Beautiful Chania Venetian town and harbor are located just 20 km west of the villa.
