On the ground floor (pool level) there is a fully equipped with modern appliances open-spaced kitchen, dining area, guests’ WC, living room and outdoor, pergola covered dining area. The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with amazing sea view and access to an outdoor sitting area. Villa Sunshine also has 2 independent guest-houses on the lower level, both of them with direct access to the garden.
