Villa Rubina Sidari with private pool

Spacious, modern, airy, beautifully located: Villa Rubina is definitely the perfect holiday home for a large family or a group of friends! Thanks to its excellent location in the green countryside of Velonades, just 3km away from the lively Sidari (with a wide array of shops, restaurants, bars, sandy beaches) this villa is set to impress for its comfort and unbeatable value for money. With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1wc, lounge and extensive gardens with lawn, Villa Rubina can sleep up to 10 guests. Velonades, where the villa is located, is a traditional, sleepy village with an extremely convenient position to explore the sandy beaches of all north and west Corfu.

Inside, the property is set over 2 floors and has been modernly finished and designed, in order to provided high comfort and all the most modern amenities. On the ground floor there is a huge lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area. The lounge has comfortable sofas, satellite TV, high speed wi-fi internet connection. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for a self catering holiday as well as big patio doors opening straight to the barbecue area outside. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom, a WC, and a useful laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Stairs lead up to the upper floor with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 doubles, one with twin beds that can be joined on request to form a double), a family bathroom and another impressive family bathroom with both bathtub and shower. For the comfort of our guests, air-conditioning, cleanings, change of towels once a week and change of linen once a week are included in the rental price. Outside, guests of Villa Rubina have access to extensive terraces and gardens with lawn, perfect for sunbathing, playing or just chilling out enjoying the pleasant Corfiot weather. Barbecue, outdoor dining area and private parking are available. The owners of the villa run a boat and pedalo rental business on the beach of the nearby Sidari therefore guests will be our welcome guests to enjoy these services at special rates. For the enjoyment of both adults and children, our guests have complimentary access to the shared pool by the Blue Dream Pool Bar, located 150m from the villa. The pool is open from the 10thof June until the 11th of September. NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates.

House Rules

Our guests are welcome to use all the indoor and outdoor areas of the villa, for their exclusive use. Special events and parties can be arranged on request.
