It has 230 degrees of uninterrupted sea view of the islands of Naxos and Delos. The Estate consists of two large villas and 8 guest houses and it accommodates 17 couples or 34 people + 2 kids. The property can be booked as a whole Estate, where guests have the possibility to use the helipad and the small church in order to host events, or just the villas independently.

4. Cancellation Policy. If TENANT cancels his or her reservation, in writing, at least fifty (60) days prior to the Check-in Date, forty percent (40%) of the deposit will be refunded. All other cancellations will result in no refund of the deposit.
