HOW TO CANCEL Email [email protected] with your booking number. The cancellation counts from the day we receive your email (Greek time), and we confirm in writing within 24 hours. Days are counted back from the arrival date. REFUNDS We refund to the card or account you paid with within 14 days, with no deduction for card or bank fees. IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL If we cannot provide the villa for any reason, you choose: a full refund within 7 days, or another villa of the same or higher standard at no extra cost. OFFICIAL TRAVEL BANS If the Greek authorities ban travel to Mykonos, or all flights and ferries to the island are suspended on your arrival date, you can move your stay free of charge to dates within 18 months. TRAVEL INSURANCE We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, illness and travel disruption.
