Days are counted back from the arrival date. REFUNDS We refund to the card or account you paid with within 14 days, with no deduction for card or bank fees. IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL If we cannot provide the villa for any reason, you choose: a full refund within 7 days, or another villa of the same or higher standard at no extra cost.
