A minimal retire apartment on the 5th floor, in the center of Agia Paraskevi, a northern suburb of Athens. This apartment has all the necessary amenities to accommodate a single or a couple. It has a very large balcony that offers a very nice view of the city and to the mount Pentelis. Agia Paraskevi has many restaurants, bars, and shops so you can spend a very nice time. In GPM, our first priority is the traveler's health and safety. So we have professionals for doing an enhanced cleaning and we take all the measures and precautions, always by the rules for COVID 19.
The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk away from the Agia Paraskevi square, with the beautiful church of Saint Paraskevi and with a large park with restaurants and cafes nearby. From there you can take the bus to go to Nomismatokopio metro station or the Agia Paraskevi metro station (about 15 minutes walking time) and visit all of Athens. Also, by bus, you can visit Chalandri, another suburb of Athens, with numerous pedestrian streets, which is an ideal destination for your shopping at the day and perfect for a night out.
