Villa Celeste stands in a quiet, sunny spot on the northwest coast of Kea. The privileged, elevated position affords breathtaking views of the sparkling Aegean, picture-postcard sunsets and majestic Cape Kefala, where remains of a Late Neolithic settlement have been discovered. Located 150 metres from the seafront and just a short drive from a lovely sandy beach with bars and a taverna, the villa is ideal for families with children, groups of friends or couples. Guests will find a selection of restaurants, bars and shops at the cosmopolitan and picturesque harbour of Vourkari. Days not spent relaxing in the villa or on the beach can be spent exploring the island on well preserved footpaths that were once part of the ancient network that connected the main cities.
Built on a 1,100 m2 plot, the villa consists of the main house (170 m2) and an adjacent studio (60 m2). Due to their layout and orientation, all bedrooms and living areas enjoy stunning sea views. The main house is set on two levels. The garden level has direct access to a spacious terrace with sunbeds and a traditional Cycladic garden with pergola and deckchairs. Here, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (tub and shower) has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), air-conditioning, ceiling fan and 40" TV. There is a second bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and air-conditioning, as well as a twin bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), air-conditioning and ceiling fan. The sitting room, which connects with the master bedroom, can be used as an extra bedroom with a single bed (90 x 190 cm) from which a second single slides out underneath. This level also features an independent bathroom with shower, plus a laundry room. The staircase connecting this floor to the rest of the house is fitted with a door for child safety. The pool level has direct access to a poolside terrace with sunbeds and right next to the kitchen there is a pergola-shaded veranda with a dining table for 12. There is also a table for 8 on a smaller, pergola-covered patio sheltered from the wind. On this level there is an inviting air-conditioned living room with dining table for 8 and 40" TV, while the adjoining open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, with a work island and its own ceiling fan. With an independent entrance, the adjacent studio enjoys amazing sea views thanks to the split-level architectural design and wide balcony doors. The studio features a comfortable living room with built sofas, just above which is the cosy, air-conditioned sleeping area with one double bed (160 x 200 cm), one single bed (80 x 200 cm) and ceiling fans. There is an independent bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, a walk-in closet with small desk, and outside an inviting terrace.
