This accommodation complies with all COVID - 19 hygiene measures and standards. Villa Zante Soleil inaugurates its operation this year and is waiting for you in Lagopodo, in the center of the island, with beaches within 7 km but also the possibility of quiet isolation in an environment with bucolic and uninterrupted green views. The villa provides a large swimming pool of 50 sq.m., barbecue, outdoor covered parking, sun loungers, outdoor lounge and dining area by the pool. It features a stylish living and dining area with fully equipped open-plan kitchen, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, 43-inch satellite TV in the living room and 32-inch TVs in each bedroom, and free Wi-Fi. Air conditioning and hairdryer are placed in each bedroom. The house includes 4 bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, 2 on the ground floor, of which one with jacuzzi and the other with reception facilities for the disabled, as well as 2 on the first floor accessible by the internal staircase. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have a private balcony overlooking the plain of Macherado, the city of Zakynthos and the bay of Laganas. The owners have paid special attention to both interior and exterior decoration, creating a comfortable, understated space with elegant furniture and colours that will definetely make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. In all aspects, an elegant, sunny and bright place awaits you.
Villa Zante Soleil is a newly - built villa created with love, care and devotion and it opens its doors waiting for you. The outdoor covered area by the pool is designed to enjoy lunch or dinner and offers a seating area for relaxing hours. The built-in barbecue is also at your disposal. The villa also has a room with specifications for disabled, offering an easy access to the house and a specially designed bathroom.
