A spacious 1st floor apartment that sleeps 4 people with the potential for 5 people with an extra fold-up bed, at the best location in Ikaria, 100 meters from the sea and 600 meters from the beautiful beach of Mesakti that offers activities such as surfing, kite surfing, canoeing and kayaking. The apartment has two areas - a main bedroom with a double bed and a common living area that has two single beds plus the option of a fold-up bed for a 5th person, a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with a shower and balcony. The property is at a close proximity of all conveniences such as a supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, cafe, bakery and bar. 13% VAT is included
Additionally, Nikos Apartments offers the opportunity to rent a speedboat with a skipper, for excursions around Ikaria and the nearby islands, weather permitting.

House Rules

-Check-in time: After 2:00 PM -Checkout time: 12:00 AM -No parties or events -Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. -For your convenience in case of earlier arrival or late departure is required to contact us at least 2 days before -Long term rentals 28 days or more are allowed. Please ask the Homeowner -Additional Services upon request may be available. Feel free to ask me anything!
