Smoking, pets as well as parties/events are not allowed. Children over 13 years old are accepted. All guests must provide a phone number when they book and inform us about the estimated arrival time. Someone will meet you on location to welcome and provide with the key and all necessary information. For safety reasons (ex. fires, thefts...) we cannot provide a second pair of keys. Also, it is not allowed in any case or for any reason to separate the key set during the stay.
