- Check-in time: Between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM - Checkout time: 11:00 AM - No smoking - No pets - No parties or events - Smoking is only allowed on the balcony - Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. - For your convenience in case of earlier arrival or late departure is required to contact us at least 2 days before - Long term rentals 28 days or more are allowed. Please ask the Homeowner - Additional Services upon request may be available. Feel free to ask me anything!
