Nestled in the grassy dunes of a long stretch of sand on the tranquil southwest coast of the island, the twin beach houses offer a comfortable oasis where friends and loved ones can share precious moments and discover a special energy. Perfect for family holidays, birthdays and wedding celebrations, Anise and Ouzo enjoy a privileged location bordering the Alyko nature reserve with its rare and beautiful cedar forest. At the south end of Glyfada Bay, just in front of the Alyko peninsula, you are at one of the best spots on Naxos for kitesurfing, windsurfing or wing foiling, the ideal place for water sport enthusiasts. Riding this crystal-clear turquoise water makes you feel like you are in the middle of a little piece of paradise. Equipment and courses can be booked in advance at pre-booking prices and any gear will be delivered to the houses before your arrival. Prefer to bring your own gear? No problem, it can be stored in the wooden garden shed on the property. A skippered boat, the ‘Sea Secret’, can also be booked for private trips to secluded beaches, unexplored islets and nearby islands such as Paros, Koufonissi and Milos.
Wonderful for connecting with family, friends and loved ones in a laid-back atmosphere, the twin, two-storey beach houses – each with 90 m2 of indoor living space – are protected by shady pergolas and surrounded by a lush green garden with a choice of cosy spots to relax in sun or shade. Anise and Ouzo can each accommodate up to six guests and are equipped with two bathrooms and two fully equipped kitchens, one indoor and one outdoor. Each house has three sleeping areas: on the upper level, the master bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and a third bedroom with twin beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be pushed together to form a double on the ground floor. The views from the upper floor bedrooms are quite stunning. In addition to spacious terraces and a balcony, a shaded outdoor sitting area adjoins each house on the ground floor, with ample room for up to 12 people to dine, which makes for an unforgettable experience especially as the sun goes down. The property offers so much space that everyone can easily find a quiet corner to sit back, sunbathe, read and dream. Guests also have the option of cooking outdoors. Washed by clear, turquoise blue waters, the long stretch of soft white sand is just a few steps away. Never crowded, it has the feel of a fabulous private beach.
