The magnificent complex of independent residences Palmrise Luxury Villas by Travel Pro Services is located in Nea Skioni, opposite the miraculous chapel of Panagia Faneromeni. The stone dominates and the endless blue of the sea which is only 50 meters away. It consists of 4 maisonettes and a stone-built detached house. Each unit has its own private pool with free wooden sunbeds with mattresses and umbrellas and is fully equipped to make your holiday an unforgettable experience. The complex is on four levels designed with stone flower beds, palm trees and small gardens. A private borehole has been constructed and is operating with a water tank of 25,000 liters per day autonomy, where the needs of the complex are more than covered, in addition each unit has an independent tank of 1000 liters. The entire surrounding area is illuminated with lighting bodies scattered on the lawn and trees as well as around the perimeter of the fence inside and outside. The complex is located on a plot of 6600 m2 which is surrounded by a stone fence and there is parking for 10 cars. It has been completely renovated in 2018. Palmrise Luxury Villas - Helios Villa by Travel Pro Services - Nea Skioni Halkidiki is 135 m2 with a private swimming pool of dimensions 6*4 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters, wireless internet and a terrace with garden furniture. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. On the ground floor is the master bedroom with its own bathroom and dressing room. There is also the living room, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area and guest bathroom. On the second level are the two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with two single beds and the bathroom. There is air conditioning in every room and every living room. In each bedroom there is a satellite TV, meeting the needs of even the most demanding guest. Enjoy your vacation in an atmosphere of an exotic destination, with spacious terraces and stunning views. Cancellation Policies

● 21 Days: No fees apply if the reservation is cancelled earlier than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any taken deposit is fully refunded. ● 20-10 Days: In case the booking is canceled between 20 till 10 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total accommodation cost is charged as a cancellation fee. ● 9-0 Days: If the booking is canceled later than 9 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total amount is charged as a cancellation fee. In case of a cancellation due to Covid-19 issues, the guest could proceed to a changing of dates or can ask for an open Voucher due to 18 months on the future from the departure date. The amount that covers Covid-19 issues is 70% of the total amount in any case. ●In case of no-show, without any update from the guest, any taken amount is non-refundable. ●In case of refunding any amount regarding a cancellation, the transaction fees will be charged to the customers.
