In front of this property there is a fantastic sandy beach and a mole for access of boat. Porto Heli is just ten minutes by car along a pineapple palm-lined road, with lovely views over the bay and numerous yachts on anchor. The cool blue coloring of the main villa sets a mood of serene tranquility, as restful peacefulness exudes from every corner of this estate. A bountiful paint box of colorful flowers welcomes you to this quiet paradise, nodding their bright blooms in the gentle breeze. The Spetses canal is beautifully framed by arched windows, taking in the spectacular view across the sparkling sea. The sunsets from the veranda are ‘one of kind’. The 3 villas are eclectically furnished with antiques and a ‘country-style’ display of plates and vases which lend a charming and elegant flair. Traditional wooden carvings, wrought iron and brass fittings are an interesting nautical theme, perfectly accented by the unhindered view of sea from every window. Additional info The 3 houses are interconnected with stone laid paths, one of which leads to the tennis court, which is equipped with lights for late evening games. The grounds have adequate lights, which make a very pleasant atmosphere during evenings. On the property also lies a two-bedroom staff-quarters house which accommodates the property caretakers plus a staff of two. In total therefore, the ‘Kostoula Bay’ can accommodate 24 guests and 8 staff. In front of the property lies the magnificent bay of Kostoula a sandy beach with crystal clear waters. The Metropolis House - 250 sqm. meters The Metropolis House is a 250 sq.m. Stone house built in the 1970’s in traditional architectural style but entirely renovated in 2010. It can accommodate up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, it has a spacious living room, fire place and a guests’ WC. Ground floor Open plan kitchen with a dining table for 6 persons. Sitting area with fireplace, TV and direct access to veranda. Twin room and adjacent Children’s room with bunk-beds (total accommodation for 6 persons), shower room.
