Horizon Villas, named for its unique location, built on the top of Megiavouno hill, near Agia Efimia 1000 m from the beach. It's a brand new construction completed in 2015 that offers our visitors the opportunity to relax and view the beauty of Agia Efimia and the surrounding islands of the Ionian Sea. The Kefalonia Luxury Villas are twins, attached to each other designed with elegance, so to keep the privacy of each building. Each villa has a private swimming pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi, garden with BBQ, and they are both equipped with all the amenities to make your staying pleasant and memorable. Horizon Villas are modern, minimalistic villas built over 3 floors. On entering is the large open plan living/dining room area with a double sofa bed, bathroom, a dinning table and a full equipped kitchen (dishwasher, cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.). French windows open onto a large covered balcony with an outdoor Jacuzzi and amazing view. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has 2 single beds compatible to become a king size and opens out onto a large furnished terrace with sea views. There is also a fully equipped auxiliary kitchen for grilling, and light refreshments. On the top floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed full furnished with a sitting area and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom balconies offer fabulous views across the countryside, the village of Agia Efimia and out to sea. The perfect setting for watching an evening sunset or the beautiful sunrise. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and the main house and terrace offer Wi-Fi internet. All bathrooms have Shower Cabins and luxury bathroom accessories. The outdoor area is truly spectacular with large stone paved terraces around the pool furnished with comfortable sun beds and outdoor furniture to create the perfect environment to sit back, relax and take in the stunning views. Sitting in the garden, having breakfast under the pergola, sun bathing next to the pool, BBQ with fresh fish , evening cocktails in the jacuzzi, watching the clear summer sky, relaxing hours with your favourite book are true pleasures. Free private gated parking is available

House Rules

Once you check-in you will have full access of the whole villa, which is private and secluded. Before arriving for your stay, we will give you a detailed description of the island’s activities, so that you can take full advantage of each day on the island. Upon request, we offer concierge services, including a private cook, daily cleaner, shopping, massages, various sports activities, private excursions (e.g. boat tours, diving, wine tours), boat, car, bicycle, kayaking rentals and much more. We want to ensure you have a fulfilling experience and receive the best of Greek Hospitality! Upon arrival, your host will welcome you, acquaint you with the house & property and explain how to operate the various electronic devices, appliances, security system, jacuzzi, barbeques, etc. Your host will be at your disposal, should you so wish, to explain and arrange your stay on the island, ensuring it is a memorable one and can be contacted for anything. Otherwise, this summer Villa is yours to enjoy in the privacy of exclusive and relaxing surroundings!
