Dimitri's Cozy House

Our home is ideal for relaxing holidays all year round and a convenient base from which to explore the surrounding area. It is suitable for hiking, cycling, exploring the village and the castle which is just before the entrance to the village. It is located a few steps from the center of the village, which means that during your stay you will not need your car at any time, as all the shops will be next to you. From the balkony you will enjoy a beutiful view to mountain and the sea. In the village you will find caffe, bars, mini market, tavernes, bakery.. On most days of the week in the summer months, there is a live music in the evenings in the bars or taverns. Our nearest beaches at 3-4 km are Sarakiniko beach with blue-green waters and fine pebbles. Beretiniko with a nice free beach for those who want a quieter vacation.
Dimitri's Cozy House is 75 m2, able to host up to 4 people. What the house has: On the ground floor there is: An open space with fully equipped kitchen and living room with sofas, fireplace and dinnig room. Smart TV, Free Wifi, CD - radio player. A bathroom with a shower. A space with washing and dryer machine. On the second floor: Two bedrooms with a double bed each. With access to balcony with outdoor furniture. A bathroom with a shower. Solar water heater for hot water all day. Aircondition in all rooms.

House Rules

Arrival in time after 3:00 p.m Departure time before 11:00 a.m Do not throw paper in the toilet, but in the small bin next to it. Please do not forget to turn off the switch at the panel after 20 minutes! Hot water is then available in the shower and kitchen. No smoking. No pets. No parties or events.
