● 21 Days: No fees apply if the reservation is cancelled earlier than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any taken deposit is fully refunded. ● 20-10 Days: In case the booking is canceled between 20 till 10 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total accommodation cost is charged as a cancellation fee. ● 9-0 Days: If the booking is canceled later than 9 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total amount is charged as a cancellation fee. In case of a cancellation due to Covid-19 issues, the guest could proceed to a changing of dates or can ask for an open Voucher due to 18 months on the future from the departure date. The amount that covers Covid-19 issues is 70% of the total amount in any case. ●In case of no-show, without any update from the guest, any taken amount is non-refundable. ●In case of refunding any amount regarding a cancellation, the transaction fees will be charged to the customers.
