There are amazing views to the city, the park - Zappeion Mansion and Lycabettus hill. Each bedroom and living room have balconies with similar views. Walking distance (up to 15 minutes) from the Acropolis, Syntagma and Kolonaki square. The temple of Olympian Zeus and the Zappeion mansion and the national garden are practically across the street. The 2 floor maisonette has 2 bedrooms in the 1st floor with queen size beds and bathrooms. On the second floor there large living area with kitchen, dining and wc. Glass wall with exit to balcony allows to enjoy great view while dining or chilling. It is located in a cozy residential neighbourhood with small shops, cafes, bars and restaurants .

Open the black lid, use the code you'll see above and pull the door towards you to open the box and collect the keys. Take the keys, close the door again and scramble the numbers.

Arrival in time after 3:00 p.m Departure time before 11:00 a.m Do not throw paper in the toilet, but in the small bin next to it. Please do not forget to turn off the switch at the panel after 20 minutes! Hot water is then available in the shower and kitchen. No smoking. No pets. No parties or events.
