Myrtia Villa is apart of Athina Luxury Villas, a small complex of three independent luxury villas, situated on the hill of Xamoudochori, close to Platanias, in Chania, in West Crete, overlooking the ocean. It is a maisonette made of wood and stone, with its own private pool surrounded by huge lavish gardens and garden furniture, accommodating up to 7 persons. The villas are built on a plot of 8.000 sq.m. covered with impressive gardens and lawn that are kept in immaculate condition, a playground, a large wooden gazebo, wooden benches for picnics and a nice stone barbecue. Villa Myrtia is a comfortable two-storey house of about 110 sq.m., with large verandas, consisting of one bedroom with a double bed covered by a beautiful mosquito curtain, a bedroom with two single beds and an open-plan bedroom with double bed while there are two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi bathtub and another one with a shower. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen which is fully equipped and there is a dining table for six as well as cozy sofas in front of the fireplace. The villa is air-conditioned, centrally-heated, equipped with satellite TV, cd-player, dvd-player, internet access, telephone line, fax machine etc. All bathrooms are equipped with towels, bathrobes, slippers and luxury toiletries. There is also a hair-dryer and a whirlpool bathtub. Both floors have spacious verandas where you can enjoy your breakfast or light snacks with view to the sea. It is ideal for romantic getaways and absolute relaxation as guests can enjoy a true vacation cherishing the tranquillity of the scenery while close to all major attractions. Guests can enjoy daily maid service & change of embroidered linen and towels, beach towels, massage and aromatherapy sessions in the marble hammam.
