Villa Petunia is a spacious villa set on two floors and its quality design and furniture blends beautifully with the perfectly landscaped gardens, the unique shape pool that is attached to the living area, and the extensive sea views of Kissamos Gulf and Peninsula Spatha and Gramvousa. , Petunia is placed in the most private side of the estate which in total comprises of three individual, private villas. The modern architecture, the excellent layout, the spacious private pool and of course the romantic view of the sunset are only few of the villa’s benefits. Upon entering the villa, there is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with large glass doors at either side, leading to the pool along one side and to the seaview terrace along the other side. A glass corridor of unique architectural design, connects this area with two ensuite bedrooms. The corridor, as a bridge, is placed over the pool and allows to the Illumination to come inside. Imagine it, when lights of the pool, during the night, are changing colors! Difficult to describe it, …amazing to see it.!!! Light toned walls and modern design furniture provide an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation and the numerous large windows allow the light to enter offering beautiful views of the olive grove and the sea. The bedrooms are stocked with fabulous bed linen and we can guarantee maximum sleeping experience thanks to the best quality mattresses. The three bathrooms of the villa are spacious, one with bathtub and the others with shower, are fitted with fresh towels and in the fully equipped kitchen you can find all the comforts of your own home. The lower lever of the villa accommodates one more sizeable bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower) and a second sitting area. In the both rooms, light and air enter through the large windows, giving a very airy feel. Furthermore a utility room fitted with a washing machine and ironing facilities, can be used as storage.
