Each villa opens into a spacious living area, a fully equipped separate kitchen with dining space, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace, a guest WC, and a staircase leading to the upper and lower levels. The kitchen provides access to two covered terraces: a breakfast terrace and a dining terrace with BBQ beside the pool, which is also accessible from the living room. The upper floor features three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies, along with an open office area. The lower level includes a utility room with washing facilities and a large room with a shower, as well as a self-contained studio apartment for two guests with independent entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The estate is elegantly furnished and finished to a high standard, featuring marble floors and staircases, spacious hardwood wardrobes, Italian kitchens, and ceramic-tiled bathrooms and terraces. Outdoor areas are equally impressive, with mature gardens and a generous pool deck ideal for sunbathing.
