The two-storey villa hosts an open plan, spacious living room with fireplace, dining area and kitchen on the first floor. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with large fridge-freezer, full size cooker with oven-hobb and dishwasher. On this floor there is also a shower room and a spacious veranda with gorgeous mountain views. The ground floor has three bedrooms: two with double bed and one with bunk beds (safety rails for the top one are provided). Each bedroom has its own balcony. Two bathrooms are located on this floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The generous size pool and pool terrace enjoy privacy and views to the countryside. Renata is perfect for families or couples seeking for a quiet location yet near the beach and amenities. The area is ideal for walking and the ancient site of Aptera is just a 15 minute walk. The nearest beach is in Kalives , 3kms way and Chania town and old harbor are just 15 kms from the villa.
