The property, 90m above the aegean sea on a 1800m2 southwest-exposed plot, consists of a 3 story main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 adjacent buildings with another 5 bedrooms with separate entrances. The entire property has been upgraded in 2019/2020. The outdoor area offers many places to socialize but also to privately relax, and kids love the many possibilities to run through the area. Main features are a beautiful garden, a large infinity pool, many terraces and hide-aways, as well as our ‚restaurant‘. From any place of the property, be it on the frontside or backside of the villa, you have spectacular views over the aegean sea. Depending on the weather you can see Siros, Serifos, Sifnos, Paros, Naxos and of course Delos and Rinia.
