PAYMENT - 40% of the total price is paid at booking to confirm the reservation. - The remaining 60% is due 60 days before arrival. We send a reminder 7 days before it is due. - Bookings made less than 60 days before arrival are paid in full at booking. - If the balance is not paid within 3 days of the due date, we may cancel the booking. The cancellation charges below then apply from that date. CANCELLATION BY THE GUEST - 60 days or more before arrival: no charge. Everything you paid is refunded. - 45 to 59 days before arrival: 30% of the total price is charged (70% refunded). - 30 to 44 days before arrival: 50% of the total price is charged (50% refunded). - 29 days or less before arrival, or no-show: 100% of the total price is charged (no refund). CHANGES - You can change your dates once, free of charge, if you ask 60 days or more before arrival. The new dates must be within 12 months of the original arrival date and depend on availability. If the new dates cost more, you pay the difference. - Less than 60 days before arrival, we will try to help, but a date change depends on availability and the owner's approval. If it is not possible, the cancellation charges above apply. - Changing guest names is free. - Leaving early, arriving late or bringing fewer guests is not refunded. HOW TO CANCEL Email [email protected] with your booking number. The cancellation counts from the day we receive your email (Greek time), and we confirm in writing within 24 hours. Days are counted back from the arrival date. REFUNDS We refund to the card or account you paid with within 14 days, with no deduction for card or bank fees. IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL If we cannot provide the villa for any reason, you choose: a full refund within 7 days, or another villa of the same or higher standard at no extra cost. OFFICIAL TRAVEL BANS If the Greek authorities ban travel to Mykonos, or all flights and ferries to the island are suspended on your arrival date, you can move your stay free of charge to dates within 18 months. TRAVEL INSURANCE We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, illness and travel disruption.
