Corfu

Corfu is a verdurous island, the northernmost and second largest island of the Ionian Sea. The Old City is reminiscent of times past; the European influences are visible everywhere and harmoniously coexist, giving the city its special color. The historic center of the island is part of the monuments of Unesco World Heritage. Beaches with golden sand or colorful pebbles, rocks– in the place of sculptures exhibited at the most updated gallery, trees extending their shadow to the edge of the water. Corfu has got a natural beauty.

Its eastern beaches, protected by the mainland shores across the straights, offer quiet water, ideal for swimming, a rich underwater world for scuba-diving and are accessible relatively easily from Corfu Town.

The Northwestern coast is famous for its crystal water, the colorful –pebbles- , which so many visitors collect, and for being really deep. It is therefore perfectly understood why the most expensive villas vane been built here and why you can see here so any yachts.

The South eastern coast has shallow water, shadowy sandy beaches, and small taverns “on the wave”, while the street goes all the way to the beach. It's the ideal case for holidays with your children.

The Western coasts of Corfu are characterized by vast sandy beaches and some of the most spectacular cliffs. Visitors get a unique sense of freedom, overlooking the endless horizon, with nothing to interrupt their mind trips. The endless golden beaches and the shallow emerald water of all the Western and Southwestern coast make visitors feel in Heaven.


Othonoi

Othonoi is the biggest island of the complex of Diapontia islands and is located at the westernmost part of the Greek territory. It has a wonderful natural environment comprising of the ruins of Venetian castles, traditional houses and old churches. Ammos is the port of Othonoi, from there you can go to the beach with green water and the cave where, according to legend, the Calypso held Ulysses captive. On the east coast of the island is Cape Kastri, where there are ruins of a Venetian castle, and the impressive lighthouse, which was built at an altitude of 100 m. above sea level.


Ereikoussa

Ereikoussa is a little more developed in tourism than Othonoi and Mathraki . As soon as the visitor reaches the island, he disembarks in Porto, the settlement where the port of the island is located but, also the large, organized, sandy beach with its shallow waters. From Porto begin the paths for your tour to the inland of the island. You will pass through beautiful, small houses with trimmed gardens, full of flowers and vegetables and very clean neighborhoods. Another beautiful beach, entirely secluded is Braghini in the north of the island. It is a verdant, sandy beach which you can reach on foot by following the route Porto – Ekklisies - Agia Triada – Paliokalyva - Braghini.
