Villa Iris in Mykonos

Villa Iris consists of four double guest bedrooms and one double guest house. The master bedroom has a super king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, 50-inch LED TV, and high-definition music system. You can cozy up in one of the two double bedrooms with a super king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. If you are bringing the little ones along, they can sleep in the smaller double bedroom with a super king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The villa even has two nanny rooms, one is already occupied by a live-in housekeeper. The nanny rooms have separate bathrooms, large staff quarters, and a personal kitchen. The seating area has several patterned pillows and warm lighting that enhances its look. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-tech appliances. If you are throwing a party, you can easily invite more than fourteen people. The outdoor area has an elongated swimming pool, a pool bar, a shaded lounging area, a sun lounging area, and a shower and changing room. You can park your car in one of the two car parks at the villa.

Mykonos Luxury follows enhanced cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting protocols, against the spread of covid-19, in all our villas: Sanitizing & disinfecting our Villas, using Cold Fogging and the disinfectant DALCO 100 (clo2), in accordance with ISO 16636:2015 & 9001:201, before each guest check-in. Linens and Towels are laundered in a certified machine operated laundry facility, using a hydrogen peroxide sanitiser, detergent and bleach, and are individually wrapped. Performing Contactless check-in and -out process. Providing security precautions to our guests, as well as sanitiser gels, disinfectant tissues and disposable paper towels. Use of Private Pools at all Mykonos Luxury Villa is safe since chlorine and bromine in pool water inactivate the virus.

4. Cancellation Policy. If TENANT cancels his or her reservation, in writing, at least fifty (60) days prior to the Check-in Date, forty percent (40%) of the deposit will be refunded. All other cancellations will result in no refund of the deposit.
