Single family home locaτed close to the marina area of Patra, called Pelekanos. Only 5 minute walk from the city center of Patra, and the famous Riga Feraiou street, where many name brand shops are at, as well as many restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs. Within a 2 minute walk, one is right by a beautiful marina of private boats, walking/jogging paths, an outdoor theater, where in the summer, concerts are given, and many restaurants, taverns, cafes right on the sea. Newly rehabbed in 2020, and fully furnished and fully furnished ,with full appliances. A beautiful quiet outdoor garden with views exists, in where one can drink their coffee, or have outdoor lunch, or a romantic dinner.there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a sofa bed in the living room. 5 can sleep in this beautiful single family home. It has wifi, 42" plasma tv, clothes washer, and many other amenities. Plenty of parking spaces available right outside the house, and very close by, for additional spaces. There is an organized beautiful beach within 2 kilometers of the property, with beach chairs, and other amenities.

House Rules

No smoking, parties, or events. Check-in time is 15:00 - 20:00, and check out by 11:00 (noon) There is a 10 Euro charge for a domestic pet, which are paid in cash upon check-in. There is a 5 Euro charge per hour for late check-in after 20:00
