It is in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants, streetside parking, and 5 minute walk from the city center of Patras. It is recently rehabbed, with free wifi, full kitchen appliances, fully furnished. It has free 50mbs wifi, free satellite NOVA TV, 65" TV in the living area, as well as two 32" TV in each bedroom, clothes washer, full modern kitchen appliances, fully furnished and fully equipped with whatever one needs for a short term or long term stay, with many other amenities. It has one bedroom with a double bed, that can accommodate up to two people, a second bedroom with a double bed, that can accommodate up to two people, as well as a sofa, that can accommodate two more people., for a total of 6. It is nicely situated in a neighborhood in a square, where there are many cafes, restaurants, and a small shopping district.

No smoking, parties, or events. Check-in time is 15:00 - 20:00, and check out by 11:00 (noon) There is a 10 Euro charge for a domestic pet, which are paid in cash upon check-in. There is a 5 Euro charge per hour for late check-in after 20:00
