This two-bedroom villa has a comfortable kitchen/dining/lounge area with wall and floor units, a 1st-floor twin bedroom with windows opening to the balcony, bedside tables, wardrobes, and a separate bathroom with shower and WC. The ground floor double bedroom has windows opening to the veranda, with bedside tables, wardrobes, and a separate bathroom with shower, WC. A maximum of 10-minute drive and the famous beaches of Ai-Helis, Spasmata, and Makris Gialos can be easily reached. By booking this villa, you will have a complimentary welcome wine & soft drinks! Upon your arrival, one of our agents will visit you to welcome you. Once you check-in, the house is fully at your access, feel like home! Ideal for singles, couples, friends, and families with children. Bed linen & towels are provided as well as pool towels. The cleaner will come in during your stay and change them, depending on how many days you are staying. All of these are included in the price.

House Rules

Smoking, pets as well as parties/events are not allowed. All guests must provide a phone number when they book and inform us about the estimated arrival time. Someone will meet you on location to welcome and provide with the key and all necessary information. For safety reasons (ex. fires, thefts...) we cannot provide a second pair of keys. Also, it is not allowed in any case or for any reason to separate the key set during the stay.
