Located at the southern tip of the island, the 2-bedroom charming villa is just a few minutes’ drive from the sandy beach of Spartia and the picturesque village where there are tavernas and mini markets in case you need anything. Beautiful beaches are also a short ride away, making the villa the perfect base for your explorations. Designed and built with the highest quality and respect for the environment, this rustic villa adapts to the rural environment in a subtle way. Wooden doors, cast iron furniture, exposed stone elements, glass panels that allow the glorious Greek sun pry into the house are some of the characteristics that make the villa unique and serve as testament to the passion with which everything was carefully chosen for this eclectic space. The Mediterranean warm colors, the elegant tiles, the tasteful decor. The attention to detail is testament to our love for hospitality. Blessed with a surrounding space full of lovingly kempt trees and flowers like the iconic fuchsia bougainvillea, this villa is a premier location for relaxing under the sun. The outdoor swimming pool with sun beds and the outdoor dining area can guarantee you relaxing moments. Whether you want to enjoy a lazy breakfast by the pool, a Mediterranean feast with your loved ones or a round of board games during sunset, the outdoor space is equipped to cater all your needs.

The lovely stone house is brand new, built in 2015 has all kind of amenities found in Villas. Inside the house, you can find 2 separate bedrooms, one with double bed and the other 2 single beds that can be fixed to one double. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and WC. A great variety of amenities are also found such as individual reading lamps next to the bed, lights for the kitchen and the outside space, big solar panels for warm water during your stay, great comfort mattresses, a TV, the kitchen is fully equipped: a powerful oven and stoves, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, espresso coffee machine, washing machine and many more. Finally, powerful AC units in each room will ensure a pleasant cool stay for the hot summer nights/days. Outside you can find a lovely pool and a great lounge under a pergola that offers maximum shade for the hot summer days to enjoy the views. There is also private parking space for your cars with pergola to keep them cool and a nice garden to enjoy. The Stonehouse Villa is located in a large property sharing the parking area and the pool with another villa, the owners of which hardly visit the island during the summer, and when they do, they mostly visit the beach. Located in a charming area, with houses and villas spread around mostly used during the summer, this is an ideal location for summer holidays. Very close to the beach and the sea close by, just outside the charming village of Spartia, which has a bakery, a small shop or two and a couple of tavernas. The surrounding area is also well known for many excellent, beachfront restaurants as well as beaches like Trapezaki, St.Thomas and Spartia as well as being close to Kefalonia’s capital city of Argostoli. An electrically operated gate gives access to the paved driveway leading to the villa’s parking space. Ideal for singles, couples, friends, and families with children.

House Rules

Smoking, pets as well as parties/events are not allowed. All guests must provide a phone number when they book and inform us about the estimated arrival time. Someone will meet you on location to welcome and provide with the key and all necessary information. For safety reasons (ex. fires, thefts...) we cannot provide a second pair of keys. Also, it is not allowed in any case or for any reason to separate the key set during the stay.
