Villa Eternity allows guests to sink into luxury living. This new 750 sqm built villa with a 50- meter façade towards the sea is built on a plot of 8.000 sqm granting exclusive access to three private small coves. This beautifully decorated estate is fully furnished and equipped to accommodate up to 14 guests. Given its unique architectural design and its exceptional sea view, this villa is designed to complement our visitor's inner sense of relaxation and privacy. Both interior and exterior areas along with an infinity style pool at the front of the property guarantee its visitors comfort and luxury. The villa includes an interior dining room, a living room with a fireplace for exclusive relaxation and joyful moments, a fully equipped kitchen along with 3 bedrooms on the ground level and a playroom, 4 bedrooms and a bedroom for the personnel in the lower level. The exterior areas of the villa include an infinity style pool, a barbeque area, a dining area, parking space for 4 cars and a living area to enjoy the magnificent natural landscape. What is special about this property is that there is the possibility of adding a private beach house at the seaside of the plot which will be fully equipped with outdoor living space, a barbeque and a dining area. This part of the property is also perfect for the construction of a dock for a small yacht.
